Rule #2

The Beer Lover’s Guide To The Movies has some rules for pairing beer with movies. Rule #2 is that if you know the movie has a complicated plot, you want to increase the quality of the beer you drink while lowering the quantity of the beer you drink.  You want to be able to pick up on all the clues given you.  Some good examples of the complex movies are “The Usual Suspects” or “Knives Out”.  Choose a great beer and just nurse it through the film.
